Women face many changes and challenges throughout the lifespan.  Help along the way can make all the difference – I’ve got you covered.  I am passionate about women’s health and have worked in this area for my entire career thus far as a dietitian.  Guided by my nutrition expertise and experience, I help women navigate through the changes and challenges we face.
