In providing Registered Dietitian Services, we recognize our professional and ethical obligation to keep confidential all information we receive unless instructed by you to disclose such information or legally required to do so. “Personal information” means any personally identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and any health information you may provide to Nico Nutrition Inc.  We only collect your Personal Information when you consciously provide such information.

Your Personal Information may be used to provide you with Registered Dietitian Services if you have entered into a client relationship with Nico Nutrition Inc. by signing a Client Consent Form.  Your Personal Information may also be used to respond to inquiries from you about forming a client relationship. 

Access to your Personal Information is limited to those at Nico Nutrition Inc. that require access to your Personal Information in order to provide services to you. Nico Nutrition Inc. will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.  

  1. Use of the Website

Each time you use this website, you are deemed to consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information at any time with reasonable notice.

Nico Nutrition Inc. will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Personal Information we collect, use or disclose is accurate and complete. You can make written requests to us to correct any mistakes in your Personal Information that is in our possession.

  1. Client Relationship

We will not be in a client relationship until you have signed a Client Consent Form.  If there is a conflict in terms between the Client Consent Form and this Privacy Policy, the conflicting terms of the Client Consent Form will take precedence over the conflicting terms of this Privacy Policy.
